Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) A person commits an offence if the person, dishonestly or by coercion, induces an individual into self-administering an approved substance.
Maximum penalty: imprisonment for 7 years.
(2) In this section:
"dishonest"—a person's conduct is "dishonest" if—
(a) the person's conduct is dishonest according to the standards of ordinary people; and
(b) the person knows that the conduct is dishonest according to those standards.
