Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts23. (1) A person shall not advertise or otherwise hold out a vocational education and training course that is not accredited under Division 1 as being so accredited.
(2) A person who is not registered under Division 2 shall not advertise or otherwise hold himself or herself out as being so registered.
Penalty:
(a) if the offender is a natural person—30 penalty units;
(b) if the offender is a body corporate—150 penalty units.
