Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts57. (1) Subject to subsection (2), a member of a committee established under section 54 is not entitled to be paid in respect of the performance of the member's functions.
(2) The Territory shall reimburse a member for expenses reasonably incurred by the member in the performance of the member's functions.
(3) Subsection (1) does not apply to a member who is also a member of the relevant body that established the committee.
