(1) The provisions of the Principal Act as in force immediately before the commencement of this Act continue to apply in relation to an inquiry or review commenced under the Principal Act and pending immediately before the commencement of this Act.
(2) Any order, decision or determination resulting from an inquiry or review to which this section applies shall be taken to have been made under the Principal Act as amended by this Act and to have effect accordingly.
