Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if a complaint or report to which this part applies that relates to a veterinary surgeon indicates that the veterinary surgeon may have committed, or be committing, an offence against a territory law.
(2) The board may give the chief police officer a copy of the complaint or report, with any other information the board has in relation to the complaint or report.
(3) Giving the chief police officer a copy of the report
does not prevent the board and commission from taking further action under
section 66 in relation to the report.
