VETERINARY SURGEONS ACT 2015 (NO. 29 OF 2015) - SECT 97

At a standards inquiry, the commission may—

        (a)     be represented; and

        (b)     give evidence about the consideration of a complaint under the Human Rights Commission Act 2005

; and

        (c)     be present at the inquiry even if not giving evidence.
