WEAPONS ACT 1991 (NO. 8 OF 1991) - SECT 23

23. (1) Application may be made to the Registrar by a natural person for a dangerous weapons licence.

(2) Application may be made to the Registrar by a body corporate for a corporate dangerous weapons licence.

(3) An application shall—

        (a)     be in accordance with a form approved by the Registrar;

        (b)     be executed by the applicant; and

        (c)     be accompanied by the determined fee.
