WEAPONS ACT 1991 (NO. 8 OF 1991) - SECT 26

26. Where the Registrar grants a licence to—

        (a)     a body corporate—the Registrar shall issue a corporate dangerous weapons licence in the name of a person whom the Registrar is satisfied has the direction, management or control of the body corporate in the Territory to be held by him or her on behalf of the body corporate; or

        (b)     a partnership—the Registrar shall issue a corporate dangerous weapons licence in the name or names of one or more of the partners, as the case requires, to be held for the purposes of the partnership by that partner or one of those partners.
