WEAPONS ACT 1991 (NO. 8 OF 1991) - SECT 34

34. (1) Application for a dealer's licence may be made to the Registrar.

(2) An application shall—

        (a)     be in accordance with a form approved by the Registrar;

        (b)     be executed by the applicant; and

        (c)     be accompanied by the determined fee.
