WEAPONS ACT 1991 (NO. 8 OF 1991) - SECT 89

89. A person shall not have in his or her possession, or use, a dangerous weapon that has been modified otherwise than in accordance with the authority of the Registrar.

Penalty: $5,000 or imprisonment for 2 years, or both.
