WORKERS COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2016 (NO. 8 OF 2016) - SECT 2

Commencement

    (1)     Section 3 and section 5 commence on the day after this Act's notification day.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act

, s 75 (1)).

    (2)     The remaining provisions commence 3 months after this Act's notification day.
