WORKPLACE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 15 OF 2024) - SECT 2

Commencement

    (1)     This Act (other than parts 4 and 5) commences on the day after its notification day.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act

, s 75 (1)).

    (2)     Parts 4 and 5 commence 4 months after this Act's notification day.
