Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The waste manager may end an enforceable undertaking by written notice to the person that gave the undertaking if satisfied on reasonable grounds that the undertaking is no longer necessary or desirable to ensure that the person complies with this Act.
(2) The waste manager may act under subsection (1) on the waste manager's own initiative or on the application of the person that gave the undertaking.
(3) The undertaking ends when the person that gave the undertaking receives the waste manager's notice.
