WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY ACT 2016 (NO. 51 OF 2016) - SECT 120

In this part:

"decision-maker", for a reviewable decision, means the decision-maker mentioned in schedule 1, column 5 for the decision.

"reviewable decision" means a decision mentioned in schedule 1, column 3 under a provision of this Act mentioned in column 2 in relation to the decision.
