Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) If the waste manager accepts a proposed undertaking the waste manager must by written notice tell the person that gave the undertaking that the undertaking has been accepted and is an enforceable undertaking for this Act.
(2) On acceptance of the proposed undertaking, the undertaking becomes enforceable (an enforceable undertaking ).
