WITNESS PROTECTION ACT 1996 (NO. 65 OF 1996) - SECT 21
21. A person shall not, except in accordance with this Act or a complementary witness protection law, disclose information—
(a) about the identity or location
of a person who is or has been—
(i) a participant; or
(ii) a person on a witness protection
program conducted by the Commonwealth, a State or another Territory under a
complementary witness protection law; or
(b)
that compromises the security of such a person.
Penalty:
Imprisonment for 10 years.
