WATER RESOURCES ACT 2007 (NO. 19 OF 2007) - SECT 16

    (1)     The Minister must determine areas ( water management areas ) for managing the water resources of the Territory.

    (2)     A determination is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
