Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Minister may determine guidelines for working out the amounts of water that are reasonable amounts for particular uses.
Note Decisions about granting water access entitlements and issuing licences to take water require consideration of what are reasonable amounts for intended uses (see s 21 (2) (a) (ii) and s 30 (2) (c)).
(2) A determination is a disallowable instrument.
Note A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
