WATER RESOURCES ACT 2007 (NO. 19 OF 2007) - SECT 207

    (1)     The Water Resources Act 1998 A1998-63 is repealed.

    (2)     The following legislative instruments are repealed:

        (a)     the Water Resources Regulation 2006 SL2006-14;

        (b)     the Water Resources (Fees) Determination 2006 (No 1) DI2006-138;

        (c)     the Water Resources Management Plan 2004 DI2004-66;

        (d)     all notifiable instruments under the Water Resources Act 1998 .
