WATER RESOURCES ACT 2007 (NO. 19 OF 2007) - SECT 7

Territory rights to water

Subject to this Act, the right to the use, flow and control of all water of the Territory is vested in the Territory and is exercisable by the Minister on behalf of the Territory.
