Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Minister may give the owner or occupier of land where a water structure is located a written direction to modify or remove the structure to allow water to pass over, under or through it.
(2) A person commits an offence if the person engages in conduct that contravenes a direction given to the person under this section.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 1 year or both.
