WORKING WITH VULNERABLE PEOPLE (BACKGROUND CHECKING) AMENDMENT ACT 2020 (NO. 29 OF 2020) - SECT 2

This Act commences on the later of—

        (a)     the commencement of the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Amendment Act 2019

, section 3; and

        (b)     the day after this Act's notification day.
