An Ordinance to amend the Rabbit Destruction Ordinance 1919

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Rabbit Destruction (Amendment) Ordinance 1986.¹

2. After section 47 of the Rabbit Destruction Ordinance 1919² the following sections are inserted:

Determination of fees

“47A. The Minister may, by notice in writing published in the Gazette, determine fees for the purposes of this Ordinance.

Payment of fees

“47B. A fee determined under section 47A is payable to the Commonwealth in relation to the relevant matter specified in the notice referred to in that section, being a matter in respect of which the Minister may make regulations.”.
