AGENTS AMENDMENT REGULATION 2006 (NO 3) (NO 47 OF 2006) - REG 5B

    (1)     This section applies to a corporation—

        (a)     that is a public company (within the meaning of the Corporations Act) operating in the ACT and 1 or more States; and

        (b)     whose core business is the provision of a travel service (for example, an airline or bus company).

    (2)     The Act, section 24 (4) (b) does not apply to the corporation.
