Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(a) the furnishing of a document; or
(b) the furnishing of information—
(i) by completing the form in a specified manner; or
(ii) by supplying or completing another document;
that document or information shall be taken to be the document or information required for the purposes of the provision of the Act for the purposes of which the relevant form has been approved by the Registrar.
