CASINO CONTROL REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 30 OF 1996) - REG 3
3. Section 3A of the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following section substituted:
Commission-based player scheme—prescribed amount
“3A. For the
purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of ‘commission-based player
scheme' in subsection 3 (1) of the Act, the prescribed amount is
$1,000.”.
