CRIMES (ASSUMED IDENTITIES) REGULATION 2017 (NO 6 OF 2017) - REG 3

The following laws are declared to correspond to the Act:

        (a)     the Crimes Act 1914

        (b)     the Law Enforcement and National Security (Assumed Identities) Act 2010

(NSW);

        (c)     the Crimes (Assumed Identities) Act 2004

(Vic);

        (d)     the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000

(Qld), chapter 12;

        (e)     the Criminal Investigation (Covert Powers) Act 2012

(WA), part 3;

        (f)     the Criminal Investigation (Covert Operations) Act 2009

(SA), part 3;

        (g)     the Police Powers (Assumed Identities) Act 2006

(Tas);

        (h)     the Police (Special Investigative and Other Powers) Act 2015

(NT), part 3.
