CORPORATIONS RULES 2001 (2001 NO 22) - REG 55

Powers delegated to liquidator by the court (the Act, s 488)

Subject to the Corporations Act, these rules and any order of the court, the powers and functions given to the court by the Act, part 5.4B in relation to the matters mentioned in the Act, section 488 (1) may be exercised by a liquidator appointed by the court as an officer of the court and subject to the control of the court.
