EDUCATION AMENDMENT REGULATION 2020 (NO 1) (NO 29 OF 2020) - REG 2

    (1)     This regulation (other than schedule 1) commences on the day after its notification day.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act

, s 75 (1)).

    (2)     Schedule 1 commences on 1 February 2021.
