Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) For the Act, noise emitted from a place in the ACT is taken to cause environmental harm in an affected place if the noise level is louder than the noise standard for the compliance point for the place from which the noise is emitted.
