Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A producer commits an offence if the producer does not keep a copy of the information mentioned in section 59 (1) (b) for each consignment of controlled waste for at least 1 year after the date of the movement of the controlled waste.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2) A transporter commits an offence if the transporter does not keep a copy of the information mentioned in section 59 (2) (b) (i) and (ii) for each consignment of controlled waste for at least 1 year after the date of the movement of the controlled waste.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(3) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
