FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REGULATIONS (NO. 3 OF 1991)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      These Regulations may be cited as the Freedom of Information Regulations.  
   2.      Pursuant to paragraph (b) of the definition of “prescribed authority” in subsection 4 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 1989, a body specified in Schedule 1 is declared to be a prescribed authority for the purposes of that Act.  
   3.      Pursuant to paragraph 6 (b) of the Freedom of Information Act 1989, an agency specified in Schedule 2 is exempt from the operation of that Act in relation to the documents referred to in the Schedule in relation to that agency.
