FOOD REGULATIONS (NO. 4 OF 1994)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      These Regulations may be cited as the Food Regulations.  
   2.      (1) Regulations 1, 2 and 3 commence on the day on which these Regulations are notified in the Gazette.  
   3.      In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—“the Act” means the Food Act 1992.  
   4.      For the purposes of subsection 19D (2) of the Act—
