HEALTH PROFESSIONALS REGULATIONS 2004 (NO 41 OF 2004) - REG 49

Term of elected board members

The term of a person declared elected under regulation 48—

        (a)     begins on the day the person is declared elected; and

        (b)     is 4 years.
