Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A party to a disputed election application may inspect, and make copies of or take extracts from, the electoral papers (except ballot papers) in the electoral commissioner's possession that were used in relation to the election being disputed.
(2) However, the party may only do something under subregulation (1)—
(a) with the leave of the Court of Disputed Health Elections; and
(b) in the presence of the electoral commissioner or a member of staff of the electoral commission.
