INSPECTION OF MACHINERY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 5 OF 1986) - REG 1

1. Regulation 4 of the Inspection of Machinery Regulations is amended—

        (a)     by adding “and a person who has the general management of machinery in those premises” at the end of the definition of “occupier”; and

        (b)     by adding “, whether the machinery is in the premises on a permanent or temporary basis” at the end of the definition of “premises”.
