LAND (PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 21 OF 1996) - REG 3

Remuneration to members of the Appeals Board

“23. (1) For the purposes of section 282D of the Act, the remuneration to be paid to a member for the period commencing 1 December 1994 and ending on 30 June 1995 shall be taken to have been—

        (a)     for each day he or she performed the functions of Chairperson or acting Chairperson—$266; and

        (b)     for each day he or she performed functions as any other member—$215.

“(2) For the purposes of section 282D of the Act, the remuneration to be paid to a member on or after 1 July 1995 is, or shall be taken to have been—

        (a)     for each day he or she performed or performs the functions of Chairperson or acting Chairperson—$271; and

        (b)     for each day he or she performed or performs functions as any other member—$219.”.
