LAND (PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 3 OF 1993) - REG 3

3. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended—

    (a)     by omitting from paragraph (a) “was” and substituting “has been”; and

    (b)     by omitting from paragraph (a) “2 April 1992” and substituting “1 July 1993”.
