LANDLORD AND TENANT REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 39 OF 1993) - REG 2
2. After regulation 4 of the Landlord and Tenant Regulations the following regulation is inserted:
Prescribed purpose in relation to interest
“5. For the purposes of
paragraph 62AL (1) (b) of the Act, the provision of information and advisory
services to tenants is a prescribed purpose.”.
