LIQUOR REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 10 OF 1997) - REG 2 2. On 25 April 1997 the Liquor Regulations have effect as if regulation 3A set out in regulation 3 of Subordinate Law No. 19 of 1996 had been amended by omitting subregulation (1) and paragraph (3) (a).
