LIQUOR REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 3 OF 1997) - REG 2

2. After regulation 10 of the Liquor Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

“10A. The following locations are prescribed for the purposes of subsection 74 (1) of the Act:

        (a)     the Division of Hume in Tuggeranong District;

        (b)     the Division of Fyshwick in Canberra Central District;

        (c)     the Division of Mitchell in Gungahlin District.”.
