MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL JURISDICTION) (SOLICITORS' COSTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 5 OF 1988) - REG 2

Increase in costs—2 November 1987 to 2 February 1988

2. Regulation 7 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) all the words after “expiration of” and substituting “2 February 1988”.
