MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL JURISDICTION) (FEES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 17 OF 1989) - REG 2

2. The Schedule to the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) (Fees) Regulations is amended by omitting Item 1 and substituting the following item:

On filing of originating process—

(a) where the amount in dispute does not exceed $10,000

(b) in any other case
