MOTOR TRAFFIC (ALCOHOL AND DRUGS) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 28 OF 1992)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Regulations.  
   2.      Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) “analysing” and substituting “analysis”.  
   3.      Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) “analysing” and substituting “analysis”.  
   4.      The heading to Part 3 of Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting “ANALYSING” and substituting “ANALYSIS”.  
   5.      (1) The following provisions are amended by inserting “or her” after “him”:
