OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS (NO. 10 OF 1991)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.  
   2.      In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—“the Act” means the Occupational Health and Safety Act 1989; “training program” means a training program approved under regulation 3.  
   3.      (1) The Council may approve a training program for the purposes of paragraph 45 (1) (ea) or subsection 50 (4) of the Act.
