OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (GENERAL) REGULATION 2007 (NO 36 OF 2007) - REG 41

Unsafe levels of oxygen and unclassified inhalable dust—entry

    (1)     This section applies if there is a risk of exposure at a workplace to—

        (a)     unsafe oxygen levels; or

        (b)     unsafe levels of unclassified inhalable dust.

    (2)     The person in control of the workplace must ensure that—

        (a)     the place is isolated; and

        (b)     appropriate warning signs are displayed at entry points to the place.
