OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (GENERAL) REGULATION 2007 (NO 36 OF 2007) - REG 88

    (1)     The chief executive may approve the content of a record required to be maintained under the Act, section 205.

    (2)     An approval is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
