OMBUDSMAN REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 4 OF 1991) - REG 2
2. After regulation 1 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation is inserted:
Interpretation
“1A. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention
appears—
‘the Act' means the Ombudsman Act 1989 .”.
