OMBUDSMAN REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 4 OF 1991) - REG 4

4. After regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Prescribed authorities

“2A. Pursuant to paragraph (b) of the definition of ‘prescribed authority' in subsection 3 (1) of the Act, a body specified in Schedule 1A is declared to be a prescribed authority for the purposes of the Act.”.
