OMBUDSMAN REGULATIONS (NO. 9 OF 1989) - REG 3 3. For the purposes of the definition of “principal officer” in section 3 of the Ombudsman Act 1989, an office specified in column 2 of Schedule 2 is declared to be a principal office in respect of the prescribed authority specified in column 1 of that Schedule opposite to that office.
